Job Summary
The Sales Representative will maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to boost the company’s brand, profits, and revenue. You will interact with customers, team members and various departments for optimal relationship management of existing customers and new customers. You will suggest innovative ways of selling the company brand by coming up with strategies to create new business and deepen relationships.
Job Details
- Generate Sales Revenue.
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts.
- Identify key staff in customers companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
- Resolve customers’ complaints quickly and effectively, promote excellent customer service.
- Understand customers’ needs and develop actionable plans to address them.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
- Create profiles of marketplace trends and competition to improve sales prospects
- Expedite the business by implementing practical networking techniques and deliver on sales targets.
- Manage customer business relationships and sales cycle across multiple customer accounts.
- Monitor customer buying trends, market conditions and competitor activities to generate adaptable strategies that assist and improve sales prospects.
- Propose and close sales to achieve total revenue growth, profit, and customer satisfaction plans.
- Promote cross-selling of additional products and gain understanding of customer business needs.
- Collaborate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales and business opportunities.
- Remain up to date on industry trends to understand customer needs and products and offer effective solutions.
Requirements
- 5-7 years’ experience in a sales role
- B.Sc. in any related discipline
- Strategic thinking and ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage other assigned tasks.
- Ability to manage customer pipeline and oversee customer satisfaction.
- Ability to identify and qualify opportunities that have true potential.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
