Job Summary

The Direct Sales Executive will work with our Sales Team to help bring customer awareness and drive the sales of our Utility API product.

Every day, you will …

  • Identify potential FinTech prospects, create and promote opportunities, and own the full sales cycle from initial lead through close.

  • Contact leads and set up appointments to present company products and services.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, and become a trusted partner to their executives, product teams, and developers.

  • Carry out attainment planning measures through effective goal setting, territory analysis, and the design of sales incentives to drive business objectives 

  • Resolve customer inquiries, and requests and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Work with the brand and marketing team to create campaigns and collateral.

  • Share product feedback and further build out our product capabilities with the product team.

  • Track and analyze the sales performance metrics.  

  • Assist in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.

Requirements

You would be great for this role if you have…

  • Minimum of  2 years experience as a Direct Sales Executive, Business Development Executive/Account Manager, or in a similar role in the Fintech Industry.

  • Practical knowledge of the FinTech and financial services markets, and the tech stacks that support them.

  • The ability to think strategically and creatively with an innovative mindset that is constantly looking for ways to improve things.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative work style.

  • Effective Communications Skills

  • Excellent Time Management / Organizational Skills.
