Olla Academy’s NextGen Tech Expert Program is focused on two key technical skills: System Administration Database AdministrationEach of these function-specific technical route comprises of carefully curated modules to provide a unique learning experience and career growth for participants. The courses would be conducted according to Oracle University standards with special emphasis on practical laboratory and scenario-based case studies simulating real life challenges that enterprise organizations encounter. Life Skill Courses are also embedded into the entire programme modules. The courses are delicately designed to ensure that the character of each participant is of excellence. The modules would be focused on building participants’ communication skills and emotional intelligence to ensure that they would be able to adapt to the ever-changing business expectations/challenges and manage themselves effectively within high paced environments.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria in order to be selected for the assessment stage;Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, and other fieldsNYSC CompletedNot more than 5years post-graduation experienceMasters’ Degree is desirable but not a must
Benefits
At the end of the program: Systems Administrator would be able to install, administer and troubleshoot both Linux and Windows operating systems and other packages needed by the application team.Database Administrator would be able to install, manage and administer an Oracle Database for an Enterprise Organization.They would also have basic knowledge of bare metal and virtualization.
